Meet Michael

Houston partner Michael P. Pearson chairs the Energy practice at Jackson Walker. Mike has practiced in oil, gas, and energy law since 1978, representing numerous Texas-based, national, and international energy companies and financial institutions in a broad range of transactional matters relating to the upstream, midstream, finance, and marketing sectors of the oil and gas industry. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association, the International Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is also a past chair of the Council of the Oil, Gas and Energy Resources Law Section of the State Bar of Texas.
