Biography
Daniel Maldonado is an associate in the Corporate & Securities practice of Jackson Walker’s San Antonio office. His practice focuses on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities, and corporate governance matters. Daniel also assists clients with oil and gas industry agreements, including joint operating agreements (JOAs) and master service agreements (MSAs). He also has experience helping clients obtain minority, women and veteran owned business certifications through the Texas Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Program.
Prior to Jackson Walker, Daniel served as a judicial law clerk for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. Before attending law school, he served as a member of the U.S. Army’s 75th Ranger Regiment.
