Josh Romero and Emilio Nicolas represented Kirk Weddle, the renowned photographer behind Nirvana’s iconic Nevermind album cover, in a dispute brought by the subject on the cover. In September 2022, the defendants’ motion to dismiss was granted with prejudice.
