Jackson Walker represented Mark Cuban and the Dallas Mavericks in the recently closed sale of a controlling interest in the team to the families of Dr. Miriam Adelson and Sivan and Patrick Dumont. Mr. Dumont, who is the President and Chief Operating Officer of the Las Vegas Sands Corp., will serve as the teamâs Governor.
Partners Brian Lidji and Kyle Hooper led the Jackson Walker team which included, among others, Adrian Allen (mergers and acquisitions), Ron Kerridge (tax), Brad Lowry (real estate), and Jim Struble (aviation).
