Biography
Holly Hughes is an attorney in the Business Immigration & Compliance section of Jackson Walker’s Houston office. Her primary focus revolves around nonimmigrant work visas and employment-based permanent resident applications. Her comprehensive approach demonstrates a commitment to client satisfaction and meticulous attention to immigration processes.
Holly is experienced in drafting and compiling employment-based petitions and applications for a range of nonimmigrant visas. She adeptly handles responses to Requests for Further Evidence (RFE). Additionally, Holly offers advanced strategic counsel to clients on various immigrant visas and labor certifications (PERM) across diverse occupations, showcasing her expertise in preparing and filing I-140 Immigrant Petitions.
Outside of her practice, Holly is also an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
