Biography

Caroline Smyrl is an attorney in the Corporate & Securities practice of Jackson Walker’s Austin office.

While in law school, Caroline served as Community Outreach Editor of the Houston Law Review as well as a research assistant for Professor Douglas Moll. As a summer associate at Jackson Walker, Caroline gained hands-on experience drafting and reviewing documents for the Corporate & Securities group, including subscription agreements and limited partnership agreements for private equity clients.
