Jackson Walker represented Syntrio Solutions, LLC, a premier provider of fiber-to-the-home internet services, in obtaining a $60 million senior debt facility to expand its fiber network to new markets in North Texas and Southern Oklahoma.
“We were thrilled to represent Syntrio Solutions in securing this substantial investment, which will accelerate its ability to provide high-speed internet access to underserved communities,â said James McDonough, who led the Jackson Walker team including Alicia Vesely and Gabrielle Girling. âOur team worked closely with the company’s management to structure a deal that aligned with their strategic goals and met the lender’s requirements. We are proud to have played a role in facilitating this important growth initiative.”
Third Coast Bank acted as Agent and Bank Street Group, LLC served as exclusive financial advisor to Syntrio in the transaction.
Syntrio CEO Kirk Petty stated in the news release, âWe are grateful for Third Coast Bankâs trust in our vision.
