Victoria focuses her practice on bankruptcy, restructuring, and recovery, as well as resolving related disputes. She has extensive experience representing secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and litigating cases involving borrowers, guarantors, and commercial tenants in state courts. In recognition of her practice, Victoria has been named to The Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch list for Litigation – Bankruptcy and Thomson Reuters’ Super Lawyers “Texas Rising Star” list (2023-2024).
