Jackson Walker is pleased to announce that Jennifer Cook Purcell has joined Jackson Walker’s Austin office as Senior Counsel in the Real Estate practice. Jennifer brings extensive experience in the acquisition, development, and governance of master-planned communities, mixed-use developments, and commercial projects across Texas.

Jennifer’s practice includes advising developers, builders, institutional investors, and public entities on complex real estate transactions. She has played a key role in the development of major mixed-use and residential communities, high-end resort properties, and commercial real estate projects. Her experience also extends to structuring development agreements, and handling due diligence review, as well as the acquisition and disposition of residential, multifamily, retail, and industrial properties.

Jennifer received her B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin and her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center.
