Jackson Walker partner Michael Attaway will be a featured panelist at CPE Day, an event presented by Financial Executives International (FEI) Fort Worth and Whitley Penn. The event is scheduled for February 27, 2025, at TX Whiskey Ranch.

Michael Attaway is a seasoned corporate partner with extensive experience in corporate transactions, debt and equity financings, and other business-related matters. He represents clients in buyout and capital markets transactions across all industries, focusing on family and founder-owned businesses considering exit transactions or liquidity events. His buy-side clients include independent sponsors, private equity portfolio companies, and strategic acquirers. Michael also assists startups and mature businesses with capital raises, governance, and other corporate needs. Additionally, Michael has significant experience working with financial institutions, credit funds, and companies to structure, document, and negotiate various financings.
