The CLE International’s SuperConference was focused on Eminent Domain and had over 150 attendees. It is one of the biggest Eminent Domain conferences in the state and the country. Brad spoke on Hot Topics in Eminent Domain Law from both condemnor and condemnee perspectives.

Brad has broad experience representing clients in general commercial matters in both state and federal courts, with a primary focus on representing condemning entities acquiring real property rights needed for public projects. He is experienced in every area of the land acquisition process, and advises clients on the legal, political, and practical challenges associated with the same. During his tenure with the firm, Brad has facilitated the acquisition of hundreds of parcels needed for electric transmission lines, oil/gas pipelines, water/wastewater pipelines, drainage facilities, railroads, educational facilities, and other public projects. He received his J.D., cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law and his B.S. in kinesiology from the University of Texas at Austin.
