Jackson Walker is proud to announce that Houston partners Brit Nelson and Wasif Qureshi have been recognized as 2020 IP Stars for Texas by Managing Intellectual Property.
Each year, a group of impartial judges gathers information about thousands of candidates from firms, clients, interviews, emails, and online surveys. Potential winners are considered and chosen based on their “expertise, workload, market reputation/track record, outcomes achieved for clients, and unique strengths in a given practice area.” Recognition as an IP Star is based on a weighted review of information submitted by firms, publicly available information, and market feedback. More information can be found at IPStars.com.
Founded in 1990, Managing IP is a global resource for intellectual property news and analysis with an international team of journalists based in New York, London, and Hong Kong. Since 1996, the publication has expanded its IP Stars guide to include over 130 jurisdictions.
