Each year, BTI interviews more than 350 legal decision makers responsible for litigation at large organizations with $1 billion or more in revenue. Their feedback is used to determine the law firms who are best at delivering favorable results in complex commercial litigation, complex employment litigation, class actions, intellectual property litigation, securities and finance litigation, product liability litigation, and cybersecurity litigation.
In its announcement of the “Employment Litigation Powerhouses and Leaders,” BTI Consulting Group noted that employment litigation remains a critical concern for corporate counsel and HR executives. The law firms recognized in BTI’s list are recognized for “bringing forward-looking strategies — able to map out preemptive approaches and prepare for upcoming changes in rules.” This marks the first year Jackson Walker has been recognized among the 45 law firms nationwide as “The BTI Employment Litigation Leaders” of 2025.
