Jackson Walker is pleased to announce the addition of Carolyn S. Mulvey as senior counsel in the San Antonio office. Carolyn represents companies in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and corporate restructuring transactions. She has extensive experience advising private companies and family offices in a broad array of transactional matters.

Prior to joining Jackson Walker, Carolyn served as assistant general counsel for a private investment company operating in the private equity, oil and gas, and real estate markets. In that role, Carolyn represented the private equity sponsor and portfolio companies in connection with leveraged buyouts, mergers, and acquisitions across a variety of industries.

Carolyn received her J.D., summa cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law and her B.A., summa cum laude, from Texas Tech University.
