Erik Allison works with developers, buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants on all types of commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, development, and leasing of retail, multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, industrial, office and raw land assets. Prior to joining Jackson Walker, Erik served as a judicial intern to Magistrate Judge T. Lane Wilson of the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of Oklahoma.

Ashley P. Withers advises businesses, family offices and high-net-worth individuals on a variety of federal income tax planning and compliance matters. She enjoys working with businesses to help them think through their organizational structuring and its tax impact today and for anticipated sales, mergers, or acquisitions. She also dedicates a portion of her practice to tax controversy, representing taxpayers during audit through U.S. Tax Court appeals. Ashley was recognized for her community involvement as the 2021 Distinguished Alumna by SMU Dedman Women In Law and as the Outstanding Director of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers in 2018.
