Jeffrey Grable to Discuss Battery Energy and Solar Law Updates at TexasBarCLE’s Advanced Oil, Gas and Energy Resources Course

Jackson Walker partner Jeffrey Grable will be a featured speaker at the 42nd Annual Advanced Oil, Gas and Energy Resources Law Course, presented by the TexasBarCLE. The event will take place on September 25-26, 2024, at the Westin Galleria Hotel in Houston.

In addition to speaking, Jeff is also a member of the planning committee for the two-day conference, which will cover topics such as allocation wells, the DOJ Environment and Natural Resources Division, royalty valuation, the Endangered Species Act, and managing risk from financial fraud.

Meet Jeff

For over 25 years, Jeffrey Grable has represented energy companies and land and mineral owners in complex litigation, appellate cases, transactions, and regulatory matters. Jeff has a diverse energy litigation practice spanning the upstream, midstream, and service segments of the oil and gas industry. He has experience handling oil and gas-related transactions and contracts, as well as representing clients in proceedings before the Texas Railroad Commission and the Bureau of Land Management. In recognition of his practice, Jeff has been named to The Best Lawyers in America list for Energy Law and Oil and Gas Law.
