Jackson Walker has won an M&A Advisor Turn-Around Award for its representation of Prophet Equity in the acquisition of Hatch Stamping Company and its affiliated entities.

The awards recognize the excellence of leading firms and professionals in a variety of categories. Jackson Walker won in the Sector Deal of the Year category for Industrial Manufacturing / Distribution deals. Winners were selected by an independent panel of judges and will be honored at the 8th Annual M&A Advisor Turnaround Awards Gala on March 11 in Palm Beach, Florida.

A Jackson Walker team led by Kevin Jones and including attorneys from a variety of practice groups represented Prophet Equity in the acquisition.
