Jackson Walker successfully represented Bridger Logistics, LLC, a subsidiary of Ferrellgas Partners, L.P. (NYSE: FGP), in the sale of its saltwater disposal, crude oil truck transportation, and logistics businesses to subsidiaries controlled by Pilot Flying J. Pilot Flying J is the largest North American operator of travel centers and the fourth-largest tanker fleet in the U.S.
The divestiture included the sale of Bridger Environmental, LLC, a salt water transportation and disposal company, all of the crude oil truck transportation business of Bridger Transportation, LLC, all of the motor vehicle dealer and licensing business of Bridger Leasing, LLC, crude oil pipeline injection terminals, and related LACT units and facilities.
