Jackson Walker has successfully represented Diversified Pure Chem (DPC) LLC, owned by Sumitomo Corporation of the Americas, in the sale of its business to A-Gas, the world’s largest refrigerant recovery and reclamation company. DPC is a Texas-based company that reclaims and supplies refrigerant gases on a national scale.
A-Gas will acquire all 13 of DPC’s refrigerant collection and distribution hubs as well as its 40,000 sq. ft. separation and blending facility in Texas. The deal closed on September 12, 2017.
The deal team was led by Alden Crow with assistance from Edwin Buffmire, Joe Guajardo, Jessica Schwartz, and David Moran.
