Jackson Walker partner Brad Lowry successfully represented Humanetics in the purchase of Mary Kay’s 420,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility at 1330 Regal Row in Dallas. The facility, which Mary Kay has occupied since the late 1970s, will become the new headquarters for Humanetics and serve as the base for its manufacturing and research and development activities.
This marks the largest real estate acquisition for Humanetics, an international producer of sheet metal that is currently based in Carrollton, Texas. The transaction involved not only the purchase of the building, but also a leaseback to Mary Kay until its new building is completed.
Brad Lowry represented Humanetics in the all aspects of the transaction with assistance from paralegal John Waesch.
