Jackson Walker congratulates San Antonio partner Jeff Harvey on his admittance to the American Arbitration Association National Roster of Arbitrators, for which he serves on the Employment panel.

Founded in 1926 with the specific goal of helping to implement arbitration as an out-of-court solution to resolving disputes, the American Arbitration Association (AAA) is the nation’s leading provider of alternative dispute resolution services. The AAA’s National Roster of Arbitrators comprises highly accomplished arbitrators, including attorneys, former state and federal court judges, and professionals concentrating in a diverse range of domestic and international areas.

Openings on the Roster of Arbitrators are extremely limited, and admittance is extended only to those who meet a stringent set of requirements.

Meet Jeff

Jeff T. Harvey litigates civil disputes and has developed significant experience in personal injury defense cases, issues involving non-subscribers to workers’ compensation, and oil and gas related litigation. A certified mediator, Jeff’s practice involves disposition of cases through jury trial and arbitration. Since 2009, he has been recognized among San Antonio Scene’s “Best S.A. Lawyers” list and was named one of the magazine’s “Top 50 Personal Injury Defense Lawyers” in 2017. Jeff is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.
