Jackson Walker partner John B. Holden, Jr. gave a presentation titled, “The AAPL Form 610-2015 Model Form Joint Operating Agreement,” to the Dallas Petroleum Engineers Club on December 2, 2016. The presentation covered the history, changes and implications of this recently revised agreement.
About John Holden
John has represented clients for over 40 years in all aspects of the ownership, exploration, production, transportation, processing, sale and marketing of oil and gas, and other natural resources. He is experienced in the formation of and use of various entities, both public and private and the financing of those entities as well as the acquisition and development of hydrocarbons and related assets.
John has been featured on several “Who’s Who” and “Best Lawyer” lists and is Board Certified in Oil, Gas, and Mineral Law. John received his A.B. from Ohio University, his J.D. from George Washington University Law School, and his LL.M. in oil and gas and taxation from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
