Jackson Walker is honored to announce that it has been named a Top Performer and Compass Award winner by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD), which recognizes law firms and corporations that show a strong commitment to building a more inclusive legal profession.
LCLD is composed of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are committed to ensuring that all talent thrives, with the goal of building a more equitable and inclusive legal profession.
The Top Performer award recognizes those organizations that are most engaged with LCLDâs programs and activities throughout the year.
The Compass Award recognizes those individuals and organizations that fulfill all of the following requirements in a single calendar year:
- Member (Managing Partner/General Counsel) engagement with LCLD.
- Nominate an LCLD Fellow and Pathfinder.
- Participate in an LCLD pipeline program (the 1L Scholars Program or the Success in Law School Mentoring Program).

Since 2012, we have participated in the 1L LCLD Scholars Program and have selected 24 diverse leaders across the firm for the LCLDâs Fellows and Pathfinder Programs. In recognition of our involvement, the firm has been recognized as an LCLD Top Performer in 2016, 2017, 2021, 2020, and 2023.
