Jackson Walker proudly congratulates Maggie Lu on being a recipient of the 2024 Atlas Award, presented by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD). This award was received upon the successful completion of her 2024 LCLD Pathfinder Program experience.

The Atlas Award recognizes Pathfinders who demonstrated the highest levels of engagement throughout the program. To receive this honor, Maggie participated in eight or more programming components, which included a variety of in-person meetings, virtual sessions, and online learning modules. This year, 81 Pathfinders earned the Atlas Award, showcasing their dedication and commitment to professional growth.
The Pathfinder program is a seven-month professional development initiative designed to provide early-career, diverse attorneys with foundational leadership skills, career development strategies, and tips on building professional networks and relationships.
Meet Maggie
Maggie Lu is a real estate attorney with experience advising clients on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of undeveloped land, retail centers, office buildings, and multifamily properties. Maggie also represents landlords and tenants in negotiating commercial lease agreements for office and retail spaces. In 2024, she was selected to participate in the Pathfinder Program offered by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD). Maggie received her B.A. from the University of Houston and her J.D., summa cum laude, from South Texas College of Law Houston.
