Alexandre Bourgeois is a partner in the Regulatory and Legislative section of Jackson Walker. His practice focuses on the representation of industries dealing with various environmental issues including: rulemaking, permitting, compliance enforcement and litigation at the state and federal levels.
Ray Charles Clark is a partner in the Labor and Employment section of Jackson Walker. His practice consists of counseling clients and representing employers in a wide variety of labor and employment issues including the Age Discrimination and Employment Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, arbitration, collective bargaining agreements, the Employment Retirement Income Security Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Occupational Safety and Health Act, retaliatory discharge, worker classification as independent contractor or employee, and Title VII. Mr. Clark received his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Texas Christian University and his J.D. degree from New York University.
Mary Lou Flynn-DuPart is a partner in the Litigation section of Jackson Walker. She is an AV rated attorney specializing in civil defense litigation. Her practice focuses on defending companies and individuals in all types of personal injury and business claims including products liability and deceptive trade practice actions. Ms. Flynn-Dupart also defends the rights of municipalities and governmental employees in all types of civil litigation. Ms. Flynn-DuPart received her B.S. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Houston at Clear Lake and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from South Texas College of Law.
W. Ross Forbes, Jr. is a partner in the Litigation section of Jackson Walker. Mr. Forbes focuses his practice on litigating commercial disputes in both state and federal courts. Additionally, he has experience representing subrogating insurance carriers in products liability actions. He also has significant experience in arbitration and mediation. Mr. Forbes received his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Southern Methodist University and his J.D. degree from Wake Forest University School of Law.
Jeffrey G. Hamilton is a partner in the Litigation section of Jackson Walker. He has experience in a variety of areas including complex business litigation, DTPA claims, bankruptcy, transportation industry-related matters, and insurance defense. Mr. Hamilton received his B.A. degree from the University of Virginia, and his J.D. degree, with distinction, from Emory University, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif.
James D. Prappas is a partner in the International Law section of Jackson Walker. Mr. Prappas has 17 years experience representing Fortune 500, middle market and emerging companies. His present practice areas focus on U.S. immigration law and transactions. He has a broad practice in a diverse range of immigration matters and has advised clients on strategic immigration planning and related transactional matters.
Mark Walters is a partner in the Litigation section of Jackson Walker. His practice emphasizes class action defense, insurance litigation, and insurance regulation. He also has substantial experience defending pharmaceutical and medical device claims, as well as products liability, toxic tort and premises liability claims.
