Held on May 2, 2018, the event honored individuals in commercial real estate who take risks to advance, preserve, or positively change the Austin community.

Meet Pam

Real estate and land use attorney Pamela Madere develops strategies for clients dealing with real estate contracts, zoning, subdivisions, site plans, development permits, development agreements, easements, condemnation, Municipal Utility Districts, environmental matters, water and wastewater regulations, and traffic issues. Pam is an adjunct professor at the University of Texas Law School, where she teaches a course on negotiations.  Pam is the Chair of the Real Estate Council of Austin and Past President of the Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.
