HFD Closes $500 Million Credit Fund for Purchase of Healthcare Receivables

Jackson Walker represented Healthcare Finance Direct (“HFD”) in the successful closing of a forward-flow credit fund with aggregate equity and debt commitments of up to $500 million.

The primary purpose of the facility is to finance the purchase of certain healthcare receivables, enabling HFD to enhance their financial operations within the healthcare sector. This strategic move is expected to provide substantial growth opportunities and strengthen their market position.
