Novaria Group, a leading manufacturer of specialty hardware, components, and coatings for the aerospace and defense industries, recently completed its acquisition of California-based Bandy Manufacturing, LLC, which supplies high-precision aerospace hinges and pins.
“The acquisition of Bandy aligns perfectly with Novaria’s mission to deliver exceptional value to our customers in the aerospace and defense industries,” said Novaria CEO Bryan Perkins in a press release issued by Novaria. “Bandy’s expertise in aerospace hinges and pins, combined with its legacy of innovation and excellence, enhances our ability to serve a critical need in the market.”
Headquartered in North Texas, Novaria manages a family of 20 operating companies located in the states of Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Indiana, Missouri, Ohio, and Texas, and in Canada, which provide components and services to the aerospace, defense, and other industries.
“Having represented Novaria Group for over a decade, we’re proud to assist Novaria Group in its continuing efforts to expand its services to the aerospace and defense industries,” said Jackson Walker partner Evan Malloy, who led the Jackson Walker team on this transaction. “Our firm’s expertise across different practice areas combined with our close relationship with the team at Novaria allowed for a quick path to closing this transaction.”
In addition to corporate partner Evan Malloy, the multidisciplinary team at Jackson Walker also included Nathan McCune and Kelly McConnell (Corporate & Securities); Peter Wahl (Environment & Natural Resources); Chuck Campbell, Jessica Palvino, and Brian Wilson (Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation); Aaron Pinegar (Tax); Robert Soza (Export Control Compliance); Sara Harris and Lauren Azopardi (Labor & Employment); Sara Borrelli (Intellectual Property); John Jackson (Data Privacy); Travis McNellie and Sara Thornton (Real Estate) and William Venema (Government Contracts). This is the latest transaction in a series of acquisitions that Jackson Walker has handled for Novaria, as previously announced.
