Jackson Walker partner Robert Soza, Jr. has been elected as a Fellow of the San Antonio Bar Foundation (SABF). Fellows of the Foundation are selected for their professional achievements and commitment to the legal community. As a Fellow, Robert will work to expand civics education, ensure equal access to justice, and support the pipeline of future leaders in San Antonio.
Selection as a Fellow of the SABF is restricted to members of the San Antonio Bar Association, who are in good standing with the State Bar of Texas. Each year, the Fellows Nomination Committee selects one-third of one percent of SABA members to become Fellows of the Foundation. The SABF Board of Trustees confirm all nominations.
Established in 1985, the Fellows Program comprises more than 600 Fellows across three levels of membership Fellows, Life Fellows and Sustaining Life Fellows. Fellows who complete their pledge of support become Life Fellows of the SABF, and continued support after a Fellow’s pledge is complete elevates a Life Fellow to a Sustaining Life Fellow.
The largest bar organization in San Antonio, the San Antonio Bar Association provides continuing legal educational programs for the legal community and legal outreach for the public. The San Antonio Bar Foundation is the charitable arm of the association, supporting programs like Amigos for Mediation and The Community Justice Program.
