Meet Mike

Michael E. Taten is a Corporate & Securities partner and the Managing Partner of Jackson Walker’s Dallas office. Mike focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, joint ventures, executive employment and compensation arrangements, and equity financing transactions. His clients represent a diversity of industry sectors, including healthcare, manufacturing and distribution, technology, and service providers. Mike has been recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer in Thomson Reuters’ Super Lawyers list in multiple years and in D Magazine’s Best Lawyers in Dallas for Mergers and Acquisitions.

In addition to his practice and service as Managing Partner of the Dallas office, Mike serves as a member of Jackson Walker’s Management Committee and Compensation Committee. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Dallas Regional Chamber.
