Meet Andrew
Andrew Ingrum focuses his practice on real estate financings, workouts, and REO sales. In addition, he advises clients on real estate acquisition ownership, development, leasing, and disposition in Texas and across the nation.
In interviews with Chambers USA: Americaâs Leading Lawyers for Business, where he has been ranked in the area of Real Estate in Texas since 2008, clients have described Andrew as âa very effective negotiator who understands our business better than most other attorneys.â In addition to his Chambers ranking, Andrew has also been named among The Best Lawyers in America since 2012, Texas Super Lawyers by Thomson Reuters since 2010, and The Legal 500: United States in 2021.

Andrew received his B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and his J.D., with honors, from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
Meet Michelle
Michelle Vincent Parker focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions and financing. Her practice includes the representation of lenders (including banks and life insurance companies) in financing secured by commercial real estate, such as retail, office, multifamily, hotels, and senior housing projects. She regularly advises clients with respect to loan originations as well as loan assumptions, workouts, modifications, enforcement proceedings, and the sale of distressed debt.
Michelle also represents real estate developers and landowners in connection with the acquisition, sale, financing, and development of commercial real estate projects.

Michelle received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Baylor University and her J.D., cum laude, from SMU Dedman School of Law.
