Biography
Andee Hartig is a real estate attorney in Jackson Walker’s Austin office. She represents public and private companies, real estate investment trusts, real estate investment funds and institutional real estate investors as sellers, purchasers, developers, and equity investors in a broad array of transactions, including the acquisition, development, debt and equity financing, management, leasing and sale of improved and unimproved real estate. Her experience includes multi-asset portfolio acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, and the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets by way of a variety of corporate and partnership structures.
Andee regularly collaborates with members of Jackson Walker’s private equity and capital markets groups in order to provide seamless client services for various transactions involving real estate assets, including diligence, planning, development, management, financing, leasing, operations and dispositions.
Her experience encompasses most types of real estate assets, including office buildings, senior living facilities, mixed-use developments, retail and shopping centers, multi-family residential projects, and student housing facilities.
Prior to joining Jackson Walker, Andee worked in the corporate office of Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide. While attending Wichita State, Andee was a 4-year starter on the Shocker volleyball team.
