Biography
Aron Burnett is an Austin real estate attorney with significant experience in the renewable energy industry. Aron represents developers, lenders and equity investors in all phases of the development, financing and operation of wind, solar, battery storage and other energy projects, including evaluating site control documents and shared facilities agreements, conducting large-scale title and survey due diligence and providing curative solutions as issues arise, reviewing and issuing opinion letters, and providing insight on key provisions in construction loan financing agreements, equity capital contribution agreements, membership interest purchase agreements and other project finance agreements.
Aron’s real estate practice also includes representing a broad array of clients in purchase and sale transactions involving REO foreclosures, undeveloped land and income producing properties. For instance, he represented a national loan servicing and asset management company in the disposition of 80 multifamily properties worth over $200 million across 9 states in a 6-year period, including the drafting and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, conveyance documents, property management agreements and listings agreements.
