Biography
Cassie Ross focuses her practice on real estate transactions. She represents individuals and businesses ranging from local investors to public companies in all aspects of real estate, from acquisition and development, to ownership, leasing, and management, and to subdivision and disposition. Cassie devotes significant time and has extensive experience in land acquisition and development, particularly retail, residential, mixed use and industrial developments. Her practice is national in scope, including some of the largest and most sophisticated players in the commercial real estate industry.

- Represented real estate investment arm of a national insurance company in the planning and development a mixed-use master plan community in Texas, including over a thousand acres to be developed into retail, office, residential, multi-family, single-family, and hospitality projects.
- Represented joint venture of a global private investment firm in the acquisition, development and disposition of multiple build-to-rent projects throughout Texas, Colorado and North Carolina.
- Represented regional homebuilder in the acquisition and development of single-family residential subdivisions throughout central Texas.
- Represented a multinational private equity firm in several multi-billion dollar portfolio transactions, relating to the acquisition, disposition or financing of hundreds of real estate assets across the U.S.
- Represented real estate investment arm of a national insurance company in the acquisition, development, leasing and sale of several 1,000,000+ s.q. foot industrial buildings throughout the U.S., including properties located in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Maryland, Nevada, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Utah and Virginia.
