Biography
Conor Tomalty is an attorney in the Trial & Appellate Litigation practice group of Jackson Walker’s Houston office. Conor represents clients in complex commercial and restructuring litigation matters involving breach of contract, fraud, misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty, and other business-related torts.
Within his practice, Conor conducts research and drafts a full range of pleadings and dispositive motions, including motions to dismiss, motions in limine, motions to strike, and discovery-related motions, addressing a wide array of legal complexities.
Before joining Jackson Walker, Conor practiced at an international law firm, overseeing all aspects of the litigation process, including all pre-trial tasks, drafting of dispositive motions, managing discovery, preparing and responding to written discovery requests and coordinating experts and expert discovery procedures.
