Biography
Danny Nappier is a partner in the Energy section of Jackson Walker’s Dallas office. Danny’s practice primarily focuses on the development, acquisition, and divestiture of projects and assets across the entire energy spectrum, including upstream, midstream, services, and renewable sectors.
Danny has broad experience assisting clients with acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, exploration, development and drilling arrangements, farmout and participation agreements, and operating agreements. Additionally, his experience in transportation, supply, and offtake agreements, alongside other commercial transactions, is pivotal for the advancement of real assets within the dynamic energy landscape.
Danny’s consultancy has supported clients ranging from private equity funds to private and public E&P companies in achieving their strategic goals. Through his leadership, Danny continues to influence the energy market’s evolution, advising on transactions that not only drive growth but also foster innovation and sustainability within the industry.
