Biography
Emily Mann is an attorney in the Trial & Appellate Litigation practice of Jackson Walker’s San Antonio office.
While in law school, Emily was a member of the St. Mary’s National Moot Court Team and competed among the top advocates in the nation. She is a two-time national champion, two-time national finalist, regional champion, and state champion. Upon graduation, Emily received the Patricia L. Scott Award, an honor reserved for the top advocate at St. Mary’s University School of Law each year, and she was inducted into the National Order of the Barristers.
In addition to external advocacy training, Emily served as the Solicitations Editor for the Volume 26 Editorial Board of The Scholar: St. Mary’s Law Review on Race & Social Justice where she published her comment concerning Texas school finance.
Prior to joining Jackson Walker as an attorney, Emily was a summer associate with the firm in 2023.
