Biography

Erik Allison works with developers, buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants on all types of commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, development, and leasing of retail, multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, industrial, office and raw land assets. Erik has particular experience representing landlords and tenants in high-profile office, retail, and industrial matters.

As part of this practice, Erik has experience preparing purchase and sale agreements, leases, easement agreements, and access agreements, as well as reviewing title and survey.

Erik’s clients appreciate his ability to offer creative solutions to complex problems in a manner tailored to their particular goals and sensitivities.

Prior to joining Jackson Walker, Erik served as a judicial intern to Magistrate Judge T. Lane Wilson of the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of Oklahoma.
