Biography
Ginger Webber enjoys being a deal-maker, guiding clients through all phases of real estate transactions from acquisition to management and leasing to disposition of all classes of commercial real estate as well as raw land, retail and industrial projects, and ranches.
With more than 25 years of experience effectively and efficiently structuring and negotiating commercial real estate transactions, property owners, tenants, and landlords rely on Ginger’s ability to provide practical and mutually agreeable solutions. She drafts and negotiates all types of property agreements including, development and redevelopment, purchase and sale, lease, management and operations, retail and mixed use, easements, and assignments.

Jackson Walker is pleased to announce the selection of 16 Fort Worth-based attorneys to Fort Worth Magazine’s “Top Attorneys” list for 2023. To be selected for inclusion, attorneys with an active license and who practice within the Tarrant County area must be nominated by their peers within the region. The list of nominees then goes through a “rigorous panel review to assure the highest of quality is met.”

Acquisition/Disposition
Ginger prepares and negotiates purchase and sale agreements and related documents covering raw land, office buildings, industrial buildings, and retail buildings. Ginger also performs survey and title due diligence and prepares closing documents.
Development
Ginger handles all aspects of the development of raw land, including preparing and negotiating development agreements, easements, restrictive covenants, management agreements and leasing agreements.
Leasing
Ginger prepares and negotiates commercial office, retail, industrial, restaurant, and medical offices leases in addition to ground leases. Ginger also advises her landlord clients in all aspects of commercial property management such as liability issues, casualty damage, tenant defaults, service contracts, construction contracts, assignments, subleases, telecommunications licenses, and most recently the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
