Biography
Lauren M. Vogel is an attorney in the Labor and Employment practice. Lauren advises clients on compliance with federal and state employment laws, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and FLSA, and drafts employment agreements, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, and workplace policies. She also provides counsel on regulatory compliance and risk management as well as restrictive covenant disputes.
Lauren has experience representing clients in employment disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-and-hour claims. She manages cases through all stages, including drafting motions, handling discovery, and defending depositions.
In addition to her employment law focus, Lauren has experience in commercial litigation, handling cases involving breach of contract, negligence, fiduciary duty, and tortious interference. She has achieved successful outcomes in state and federal courts, including defense verdicts and dismissals in high-stakes litigation.
Lauren also dedicates time to pro bono work, including representing clients in appellate matters under the Hague Convention and other significant legal issues.
