Biography
Minoo Blaesche is an attorney in the litigation section of Jackson Walker’s Dallas office with a practice focused on business and commercial litigation, including securities arbitrations, fraud, contract disputes, media litigation, and appellate representation. She has represented clients in industries ranging from banking to media to healthcare institutions.
Minoo has significant experience representing financial institutions in high-profile cases, including bet-the-company disputes. Minoo has successfully defended cases for securities brokerage firms in RICO cases, banks in claims arising out of Ponzi schemes, and a variety of broker-dealer and investment advisors in claims relating to customer disputes.
An accomplished advocate for her clients, Minoo is experienced in all phases of litigation, from investigation to trial, in civil litigation, arbitrations, and appeals.
Understanding that litigation may not always be the answer to achieving her clients’ goals, Minoo is well versed in alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation and arbitration. In addition, Minoo has counseled a variety of clients in managing their liability risks and resolving potential issues prior to litigation even beginning.
