Biography
Neill Fuquay focuses on a wide range of commercial real estate and corporate transactions, offering comprehensive expertise in the acquisition, financing, leasing, operation, and sale of commercial real estate and indirect ownership interests therein, with a particular focus on multifamily, industrial, and office properties.
His expertise includes representing equity sources in the structuring and drafting of real estate joint ventures for the acquisition and development of commercial real estate, as well as representing borrowers with respect to real estate loans, including loan modifications and workouts. During his career, he has represented equity sources with respect to more than 100 real estate investments involving in excess of $1 billion of invested capital.
Prior to joining Jackson Walker, Neill was a shareholder at a boutique law firm in Dallas, practicing primarily in the real estate and corporate sections. After law school, Neill served as a law clerk to the Honorable Scott A. Brister at the Supreme Court of Texas.
