Biography

Nick Pierce is an attorney in the finance and banking practice group in Jackson Walker’s Dallas office.

He focuses on representing multinational and regional financial institutions, debt funds and other nonbank lenders, and borrowers across multiple industry sectors. Nick’s practice includes the negotiation, structuring and documentation of real estate financing matters, asset based lending, and commercial multi-tier transactions, including mezzanine financing. Nick’s experience on both sides of the lending equation enables him to anticipate issues and determine the best course to meet the clients’ goals. Prior to law school, Nick was a credit analyst for the largest Texas-based commercial bank.
