Biography

Rachel Saunders is an associate in the Corporate & Securities practice of Jackson Walker’s Dallas office. Her practice focuses on private investment funds, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, corporate governance, and securities. Rachel also serves as outside counsel to privately held companies across a variety of industries. She was a summer associate at the Firm in 2018 and 2019.
