Biography
Rachel Saunders is an associate in the Corporate & Securities section of Jackson Walker’s Dallas office. Her practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions and private equity. Rachel is known for her friendly and down-to-earth approach, making it easy for clients, colleagues, and counterparties to collaborate with her effectively.
She works with a broad range of clients including private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, public and private companies, and startups, helping them navigate various transactions such as asset and equity acquisitions and dispositions, leveraged buyouts, equity financings, platform acquisition structuring, recapitalizations, rollup strategies, and joint ventures. Rachel’s experience spans multiple industries, including healthcare, technology, consumer products, manufacturing, environmental services, and real estate. She also advises on corporate governance, commercial contracts, and entity structuring, ensuring that her clients’ needs are met with clarity and precision.
