Biography
Sarah Christian is a Partner in the Finance & Banking group of Jackson Walker’s Austin office. Sarah primarily represents banks, agents, financial institutions, private lenders and borrowers in syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, including revolving and term loans, letter of credit facilities, asset-based lending, working capital lines and acquisition finance. Sarah also has experience with property-assessed clean energy (PACE) financing, tax credit monetization, and derivatives transactions.
Sarahâs experience spans diverse industries, including technology, media and telecommunications, solar, wind and other renewable energies, aircraft, healthcare, hospitality, food service, and retail. Additionally, Sarah has closed over one billion dollars in green loan financings.
