Biography
Shannon Dugan is an associate that specializes in litigation for corporate and individual clients across various sectors, including aviation, transportation, insurance coverage, product liability, and commercial disputes. She is known for her thorough preparation and strategic approach to achieving client objectives.
Shannon has managed a diverse caseload, conducting numerous depositions, leading mediations, and representing clients in both state and federal courts. Licensed in Texas and several federal jurisdictions, Shannon has also practiced in Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Ohio. She has successfully drafted and argued multiple dispositive motions, including obtaining summary judgment in high-stakes insurance coverage disputes. Her experience includes handling wrongful death claims, toxic torts, and insurance defense matters. She also has significant appellate experience, having drafted briefs for the Fifth Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Texas.
