Biography
Sharon Kasachkoff oversees construction and remodeling efforts across Jackson Walker’s offices, managing general contractors, AV providers, relocations, and asset management, eliminating the need for third-party project managers. She is also responsible for records management and paper reduction initiatives. Notably, Sharon spearheaded the firm’s transition to electronic records, drastically cutting offsite storage costs and significantly reducing the reliance on physical documents.
In addition to her construction, remodeling, and records management duties, Sharon is involved in the firm’s real estate and leasing activities. She is also responsible for office services support, logistical coordination for offsite trials and overseeing emergency response. Her leadership has been crucial in improving Jackson Walker’s operational efficiency and physical infrastructure.
Sharon began her career at Jackson Walker in 1985 as a secretary before transitioning to an administrative role in 1997.
