Biography
Tyler Wallach specializes in land use and economic development, focusing on various aspects such as zoning, historic preservation, exactions, tax abatements, municipal incentives for corporate relocations, tax increment financing, and public improvement districts.
With a 14-year tenure as an Assistant City Attorney at the City of Fort Worth, Tyler has acquired valuable insights into navigating the city’s intricate processes, having worked closely and provided legal counsel to City Council, city management and staff, and various city boards and commissions (including the Zoning Commission, Boards of Adjustment, Historic and Cultural Landmarks Commission, and Board of Directors for various Tax Increment Reinvestment Zones).
Tyler is also among a select group of attorneys in Texas handling events trust funds and major event reimbursement programs. He has provided strategic advice and legal counsel for some of the largest and most prestigious sporting events in Texas, including:

- Triple Crown of Cutting

While Tylerβs legal practice has been rooted in the Great State of Texas, his passion for the law has no boundaries. As the Chair of the International Steering Committee for the International Municipal Lawyers Association (IMLA), he has organized and participated in comparative law conferences throughout Europe, including Spain, Germany, and Italy.
